The service was wonderful and all the staff was friendly. Our food was delicious and exactly what we needed. We ended up ordering a second round of pancakes because they were so good. It's a classic, casual diner. Obviously popular with the locals and for good reason.

I focused on the side of the menu offering numerous varieties of eggs Benedict. We all settled on either the corner beef hash version (I like to call it the Irish Benedict) or the venison Benedict (never seen this version before). Snap's adds a little maple syrup to the corned beef hash which gives it a little sweetness that isn't overpowering. Both versions were excellent.
Our waitress was playful and efficient keeping our coffees topped off.

We arrived for lunch and the only waitress working was running as quickly as she could to cover around 5 to 6 tables. There appeared to be a single person cooking in the back. The waitress quickly greeted us and took our drink order. I decided on the fried chicken and my wife had the buffalo chicken sandwich from the specials board.

Our orders arrived around 10-15 minutes later. My fried chicken was very crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. There were four pieces and the taste was very good. The mashed potatoes with white gravy likewise tasted good. The Cole slaw was ground very fine, and it tasted good. My wife said her sandwich was great.
